Our goal is to provide you the most up-to-date information regarding hormone balance and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). We have a step-by-step process for improving symptoms and helping men and women to feel their best. Our one-on-one consultations are available by appointment at our Minster location. Evaluation

Step 1: Evaluation

Fill out our online evaluation form or pick up a BHRT information packet at any of our five locations. Once submitted you will be contacted to schedule your personal consultation with one of our hormone professionals. *Note: Without a doctor's referral there will be a non-refundable $35.00 initial consultation fee.
During your consultation we will discuss your symptoms, personal health history, testing options and answer your questions regarding BHRT and other treatment options.
After testing is completed we will review your levels and help determine if BHRT would be an appropriate option for you.
Speak with your practitioner regarding your interest in BHRT as a treatment option for your symptoms. (BHRT is by prescription only. You will need to be under a practitioner’s care prior to beginning therapy).

Step 2: Treatment

Once you have spoken with your practitioner we will contact him/her directly, and together determine the appropriate treatment for you.
Upon beginning treatment, you will meet with our staff nurse to review your personalized plan which will include:
Medication use and delivery system
What to expect during therapy
Follow up protocol
Tips for success

Step 3: Follow Up

During your therapy our hormone professionals will routinely follow up with you to evaluate your response to your treatment plan.

Routine follow ups for the first 3 weeks, 6 weeks, and 12 weeks of therapy.
Follow up email or phone consultation every 12 weeks thereafter.
Follow up email or phone consultation when a medication/strength is changed.
Follow up email or phone consultation when reviewing lab work related to your current prescription.

Based upon your feedback it is possible that adjustments in your treatment may be advised. These adjustments may include:

Changes in dosage or strength (per practitioner's approval)
Supplements or herbal formulas
Lifestyle modifications

*Please Note: An additional $20.00 fee may be charged for any email or phone consultation not directly related to your current prescription or supplements and/or outside of the above listed criteria.
